Responsibilities
- Convert audio/video recordings into verbatim written transcripts with 99%+ accuracy
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, general)
- Meet daily turnaround deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Research and clarify specialized terminology (industry-specific jargon)
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and consistency

Qualifications
