- Adhere to strict client formatting guidelines and deadlines.
- Utilize transcription software and foot pedals effectively.
- Communicate effectively with the quality assurance team regarding difficult audio files.
Qualifications
- Minimum typing speed of 60-80 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language, including spelling and grammar.
- Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Previous transcription experience (medical, legal, or general) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict daily production quotas.
