Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 98.5%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive medical/legal content
- Format documents using client-specific style guides (APA, AMA, etc.)
- Utilize AI-assisted tools while maintaining quality control
- Meet daily turnaround deadlines without compromising precision
- Collaborate via cloud platforms for feedback and revisions
- Self-manage workload through our proprietary scheduling system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven 70+ WPM typing speed with 100% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (CMT/RMT preferred)
- Expertise in ExpressScribe, Otter.ai, or similar platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-canceling equipment
- Ability to handle complex accents and technical terminology
- U.S.-based with flexible daytime/overnight availability
