- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Meet daily turnaround deadlines with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Format documents according to client specifications (APA, legal briefs, etc.)
- Research and resolve unclear terminology using specialized resources
- Upload completed transcripts through our secure portal
- Participate in quarterly quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, InqScribe, or similar software
- High-speed internet connection and noise-free workspace
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
