- Meet daily/weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and technical accuracy
- Utilize transcription software and research tools efficiently
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Communicate progress and challenges proactively with project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe)
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to handle technical terminology in specialized fields
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Flexible availability including some evening/weekend hours
