Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during 10 AM - 2 PM EST core hours
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through interactive prototypes
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Maintain design documentation and component libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to work autonomously within flexible hours structure
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementation handoff
