Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential communications, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Oversee document preparation, formatting, and digital file organization
- Conduct research and compile detailed reports for leadership teams
- Assist with project coordination and deadline tracking using Asana/Trello
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoicing processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as primary client liaison
Qualifications
- 3+ years of virtual assistant or executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Dallas metropolitan area residency preferred (for timezone alignment)
- Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Doodle
- Background in supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth clients
