- Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and financial documentation
- Provide proactive support for special initiatives and ad-hoc requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using digital communication tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting C-level executives preferred
