Responsibilities

- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Google Workspace
- Conduct market research, compile data, and generate executive summaries
- Oversee project timelines, track deliverables, and maintain task management systems
- Act as primary point of contact for client communications and stakeholder management
- Manage expense reports, invoicing, and financial documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of virtual assistant or executive support experience in US-based roles
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
