Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications with professionalism discretion
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Google Workspace
- Conduct research, compile data, and generate insightful summaries for decision-making
- Oversee project timelines, track deliverables, and maintain detailed progress reports
- Act as primary liaison between departments to ensure seamless workflow coordination
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with precision
- Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and client-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
