Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications professionally, including emails, phone calls, and client inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute business documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval

Qualifications
