Your Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing schedules, communications, and projects with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with a focus on time zone management.
- Communication Hub: Filter and prioritize emails, draft professional correspondence, and handle incoming calls.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project milestones, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.

- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management databases (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel).
