Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Filter and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting without micromanagement.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
