Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Management: Screen and route emails, draft correspondence, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project milestones, organizing virtual meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Administrative Tasks: Process invoices, handle expense reports, and manage office supplies remotely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
