Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple time zones.
- Communication Management: Screen and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls; draft professional correspondence and responses.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, and accommodations.
- Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market research, compile reports, and gather competitive intelligence to support business strategy.
- Project Management: Assist in managing ongoing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, vendor management, and general office administration tasks.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client databases and contact information within our CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
