- Organize digital files, maintain databases, and ensure systematic document management
- Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
- Provide proactive support for special projects and client deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
