- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Continuously update product knowledge through ongoing training modules
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8-hour shifts between 8am-8pm)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
