Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) while maintaining empathy
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate and resolve technical escalations
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM EST)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (basic IT knowledge)
- Self-motivated with strong time management
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
