Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve complex technical issues using our proprietary CRM and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical concerns
- Document interactions accurately in our client management system
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and client retention
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in tech/SaaS
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Weekend availability is mandatory
