Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and achieve quarterly targets
- Adhere to SLA metrics with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
