Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Upsell products/services to qualified customers while maintaining satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoff of escalated issues
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs: First Contact Resolution (FCR), CSAT, and AHT
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict SLAs
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm CST)
