- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover processes
- Document client feedback and identify upsell opportunities
- Analyze weekend engagement metrics and report weekly insights
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with high-priority weekend clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or technical support roles
- Proven experience working weekend shifts or flexible schedules
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- BS/BA in Business, IT, or related field preferred
