Responsibilities
- Manage weekend customer accounts via phone, email, and chat support
- Proactively address client concerns to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities
- Train clients on platform features during weekend onboarding
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or technical support
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-4pm CT)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
