- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through personalized solutions
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Analyze weekend usage patterns to enhance service efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Fluent in English with exceptional written/verbal communication
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
