- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and positive customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and assist in updating our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or remote assistance (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
