Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with on-call specialists for complex escalations
- Proactively identify process improvements and customer pain points
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated time management in remote work
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required

- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
