- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM CST)
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with on-call technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate strategic insights
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Support product launches and weekend promotional campaigns
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Strong time management with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Previous experience with weekend/shift work schedules
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
