- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product-related questions efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify trends and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through empathetic communication
- Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written/verbal communication
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace required
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for Miami market
- Availability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
