- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS and hardware products
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex escalations
- Meet weekly performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
- Identify trends in customer feedback for product improvement
- Adhere to security protocols for sensitive client data
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer support or technical assistance
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic networking and software issues
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST)
