Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns with precision and professionalism
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless issue escalation
- Identify and report recurring customer pain points for process improvement
- Meet/exceed quality and response time KPIs
- Participate in monthly weekend team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
