Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and product usage issues with empathy and efficiency

- Collaborate with weekday support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Utilize troubleshooting methodologies to resolve complex technical problems

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
