Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues with remote diagnostics tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for escalated technical challenges
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Identify trends in customer feedback for product improvement suggestions
- Adhere strictly to security protocols for sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or IT helpdesk role
- Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Exceptional written/verbal communication in English
- High-speed home internet with dedicated workspace
- Available for 12-hour weekend shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
