Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer support or service experience.

- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
