Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on weekend availability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our SaaS platform.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless workflow and knowledge transfer.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company policies.
- Escalate critical issues to the technical team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is strongly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
