Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting via chat and email to customers during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless issue escalation.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest actionable process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and brand advocacy in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Must be located in the New York metropolitan area or willing to work from a valid US residence.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call centers is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
