Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service to clients during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and case resolutions in our CRM.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our internal processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or remote work environments.
- Proven ability to work independently with high levels of self-discipline and time management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude with excellent verbal and written communication.
