Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into digital databases with a high degree of precision.
- Review and proofread all data entries for errors, typos, and inconsistencies before final submission.
- Sort, organize, and file both digital documents and physical records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and confidentiality protocols at all times.
- Perform regular backups and quality checks on all data entries to prevent loss or corruption.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative assistance.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
