Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote monitoring equipment for commercial clients
- Conduct virtual diagnostics and troubleshooting of IoT devices and network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and client interactions using our CRM platform
- Collaborate with on-site teams via video conference for complex equipment deployments
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Provide weekend support coverage during critical business hours (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Train clients on remote equipment operation through virtual sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in remote technical support or equipment maintenance
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and network monitoring tools
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Familiarity with VPN security protocols and remote access technologies
- Valid driver's license for occasional local equipment pickup/delivery
