Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve smart home device malfunctions remotely
- Install/configure IoT equipment using provided tools
- Document service tickets in CRM system
- Provide technical support via phone/video chat
- Collaborate with field technicians for complex issues
- Update firmware and perform system maintenance
- Meet weekly SLA metrics (95% resolution rate)
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support or IoT maintenance
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Proficient in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional field visits)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
