Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve system outages, network connectivity problems, and security incidents
- Install and configure hardware/software components including OS upgrades and security patches
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and empathy
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical certification
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 7am-7pm EST)
