Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues using company-provided equipment
- Manage weekend IT infrastructure monitoring and incident response
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual workstations and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend system updates
- Conduct periodic equipment audits and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for remote access
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote/hybrid work
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and network troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for virtual client interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional equipment pickup
- CCNA or similar network certification a plus
