Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts
- Manage ticket systems with SLA adherence, prioritizing critical incidents
- Conduct system diagnostics and implement effective solutions for clients
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for emergency support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for network and security issues
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- High-speed home internet and dedicated workspace required
