Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across diverse platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend system updates and maintenance
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential weekend disruptions
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PST)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
