Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Manage cloud infrastructure configurations and security protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-site teams during weekend system deployments
- Monitor network performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Conduct periodic system health checks and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and virtualization technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Excellent written communication skills
- CISSP or Security+ certification preferred
