What You Will Do:
- Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the central support team to maintain high service standards.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance on client endpoints.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and software installation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
