Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and video
- Install, configure, and maintain provided equipment (laptops, peripherals, software)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions and user errors
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for escalated issues
- Conduct periodic system updates and security checks
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm MST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
