Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting via phone and remote desktop during weekend shifts.
- Configure, set up, and maintain company-provided hardware and software for remote employees.
- Log and manage support tickets in our CRM system with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Enforce data security protocols while accessing sensitive client information remotely.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and inventory management for remote assets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Proficiency with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
