Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain inventory of remote work equipment and software licenses.
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patches during low-traffic hours.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance while working remotely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPNs.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating basis.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
