Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems via remote channels
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity issues
- Document all support tickets using ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incidents and escalations
- Conduct weekly system health checks and preventive maintenance tasks
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting methodologies and company protocols
- Participate in monthly IT process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments and Azure/AWS platforms
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site hardware maintenance
- Flexible availability to cover weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8 AM-8 PM CST)
