Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support via remote channels for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Configure and maintain remote access tools and VPN connections for remote team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring technical issues and implement preventative solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures and support interactions.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineering teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a set schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
